Register for a Case Gallery Account Today!

If you don’t already have an account in the Case Gallery, you’ll need to create one in order to submit a case. Follow these steps to register for a Case Gallery account.

Go to https://results.clearcorrect.com/.
Click on “Register”.
Select whether you are a doctor or a patient to continue.

Note

Patients can create an account in the Case Gallery to view cases. However, please be aware that only providers are able to submit cases. Patient accounts are strictly for viewing purposes.

Doctor Registration

Complete the registration form questions.
Confirm that you have read and agree with the Case Gallery Doctor Consent Agreement.
Click Submit to continue.
You will receive an email with a link to complete setting up your Case Gallery account.
