Chief Complaint

The patient had been treated before, but she reports temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and limited mouth opening. A stabilization splint was initially prescribed due to TMJ dysfunction identified during clinical and radiological examinations. Following TMJ stabilization splint therapy, the patient presents with poor occlusion and noticeable midline deviation.
