The patient desire was very clear from the beginning, he wants to fix his smile, but he refuses to use conventional ways. It is very common that a lot of young patients don’t want to suffer the discomforts of braces. Through diagnosis it’s clear to me that my patient has a vertical overbite, diminished overjet, teeth are crowded and turned. He has square arcades, first molar class, and his arcades do not match.
