Case Information

Patient had massive crowding in the upper and lower arch. We wanted to derotate 15 and 11, extrude 13 and intrude 21 to create a harmonious arch. In the lower arch we wanted to derotate 33 and resolve the crowding of the upper and lower anteriors by expanding both arches and applying necessary IPR.
