Upper and lower midlines not coincident, as well as crowding of anterior teeth following previous orthodontic treatment. However, patient was not willing to use orthodontic elastics or undergo any other auxillary treatment which made this case rather challenging, especially trying to manage the patient's initial expectations for the results she was expecting be achieved.
